Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative in the automotive industry, located in beautiful Greece! This role allows you to engage with clients from the automotive sector while providing top-notch support and service.

In this position, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries related to our automotive services, resolve issues, and ensure that every client interaction is handled with care and professionalism. Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Efficiently resolve inquiries related to automotive services and products.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of automotive offerings to provide accurate and relevant information.
  • Document customer interactions for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on automotive products and best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer support, particularly in the automotive industry, is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities focused on ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Friendly demeanor and a professional attitude that supports positive relationships.
