Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Polish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Efficiently resolve software-related inquiries and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our software products to provide accurate information and assistance.
  • Document customer interactions for analysis and continuous improvement of services.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance your service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Polish (both spoken and written) with exceptional communication abilities.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer support, especially in the software industry, is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills focused on ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • A professional demeanor paired with a friendly, approachable attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
