  • Maintain extensive knowledge of jewelry items and promotions to assist customers effectively.
  • Document customer interactions to gather feedback and enhance service quality.
  • Work closely with colleagues to create an optimal experience for customers.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about products and best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Norwegian (both written and spoken) with excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in English is essential for team collaboration.
  • Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable, especially in retail or the jewelry industry.
