Required Skills

Compensation And Benefits

Compensation is performance-driven. While experience is a factor, we uphold high expectations for every role. Pay ranges for each position are as follows:

  • Account Assistant I: \(16/hr - \)22/hr
  • Account Assistant II: \(22/hr - \)26/hr
  • Bookkeeper I: \(20/hr - \)26/hr
  • Bookkeeper II: \(26/hr - \)30/hr

Most new hires will start at the "level 1" account assistant or bookkeeper position, but there are abundant opportunities for growth.
