What you’ll be doing:
- Provide expert advice on whole-of-market mortgage options to our customers, utilising Mojo's unique in-house software. This entails assessing customers' applications and delivering high-quality recommendations.
- Take a proactive approach to keeping your customer fully informed throughout the process.
- Collaborate with our exceptional team of application and completion managers to support our customers' mortgage applications.
- Play a key role in the Mojo product team's continuous innovation of outstanding mortgage advice technology by actively testing new ideas and processes.
- Contact fully qualified completed online fact find leads, that have been generated through our online mortgage journey and vetted by our ground-breaking mortgage score system.
Requirements
What we need from you:
- You’ll have CeMap and 2 years whole of market experience
- You’ll be busy, constantly and change happens a lot, so you’ll need to be organised, managing multiple cases
- You’ll provide a best-in-class customer experience, going over and above each time for your customers
- A performance-driven mindset, taking accountability for targets that drive both our business and the industry forward. You will have full access to your performance data to facilitate this.
- Flexibility and willingness to work shifts in order to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
