Located in North Sydney, within close walking distance from the train station, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly motivated team dedicated to building relationships and driving sales. This is a contract role until June 2025 with strong prospects to extend to 18-months.

The Opportunity

As a Business Sales Manager, you will focus on creating, nurturing, and optimising business sales leads, supporting business development alongside the Commercial Lead, and generating new business opportunities for the organisations store.

Your Duties Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Drive acquisition of new customers via multiple programs—subsidiary relationships, testing new referral models, and collaborating with marketing and demand generation teams.
  • Optimse retention and upsell opportunities among existing customers, both programmatically and through relationships with large and repeat customers.
  • Ensure on-time fulfillment and deliver an excellent customer experience that differentiates our clients store from other vendors and channel partners.
  • Represent the client’s store with executive maturity and professionalism.
  • Possess a strong understanding of how businesses use technology and the solutions offered by the client’s devices and services.
  • Manage the pipeline, performance, and optimization of offshore CSS resources in collaboration with line managers.
  • Track customer and transactional information in the CRM system and Store Portal.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Build and manage strategic partner alliances and relationships as part of the integrated account and commercial plan.
  • Expand the company’s relationships with customer accounts of various sizes and industries.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ business and industry challenges to drive customer success.

Desired Skills And Experience

  • Experience working with C999 or C9826 State Government Contracts.
  • Familiarity with tenders particularly RFT/RFP background.
  • Strong partner development experience, ideally in hardware partnerships.
  • Ability to scale deals with partners and manage relationships and expectations.
  • Articulate and confident in presenting.
  • Proactive in thinking about customer and partner needs.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and a sales-driven mindset.
