Job description

Our client is an Australian company providing trusted medication management services to elevate healthcare safety and clinical outcomes.

They are now looking for a Reports Admin Assistant who will be responsible for administrative tasks and support their medical review processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage RMMRS (Residential Medication Management Reviews) processes.
  • Upload and maintain documents in Mederev Portal and SharePoint.
  • Encrypt and send documents to doctors.
  • Cross-check and file review details before claiming.
  • Ensure all GP (General Practitioners) and clinic responses are up to date.
  • Maintain and manage GP clinic contact and login details for the Mederev Portal.

Requirements

  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Well-organized with efficient administrative abilities.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and willing to learn bespoke software.
  • Previous experience with GP interaction is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment with a positive, can-do attitude.
