Role Description:

The person would (based on leads that would be provided to him /her each week) outreach to potential partners via different channels (email, Linkedin, WhatsApp, webforms, X and other platfomrs) and try to negotiate, sale a pitch and close a deal at favorable conditions for our company.

Potential employees should be able to try different approaches, methodologies, and techniques until they find the most effective ones. Also, adaptability to different projects and markets would be a key component here. Fast adjustment and creativity while following own instincts should be the main skillset.

High-Ticket closers, would know a lot about behavioral psychology, have high social IQ, communication skills, and soft touch with people but also command high confidence in situations that require those engagements.

High negotiation techniques with the ability to negotiate prices and discounts. Determination to push to desirable target.

This is not an easy role to find for the Talent Acquisition department as it requires not technical but psychological and social skills which can be only tested in practical situations.

Every deal requires a unique approach because all people are different and for good closer / outreacher “reading the room” even before engaging is a preferable talen.

Core Task:

1. Closing/negotiating deals upon requests

2. Tasks could vary from Crypto presale websites, and influencers on YouTube and X to Poker players and Casino streamers

Essential Requirements:

  • Very sharp and intelligent people

  • High social IQ

  • Good relationship builders

  • Great communication skills

  • Situational intelligence [finding the ways in a given moment]

  • Knowing when to change the pace and stance [from passive to aggressive]

  • Instinct for closing

  • Proactive [opouse to passive persons]

Experience in the Crypto and iGaming industry
