Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to drive our marketing strategies across multiple brands.

Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the digital marketing strategies for our group of companies, with a particular focus on email marketing, remarketing, and social media. You will be responsible for enhancing brand
visibility, driving engagement, and increasing customer conversions across various digital platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent creative and analytical skills, able to juggle multiple brands and initiatives within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Email Marketing:
  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and cross-promote services across our brands.
  • Segment customer databases and create personalized content to optimize open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, leveraging A/B testing and data insights to continuously improve results.

• Remarketing Campaigns:
  • Create and manage remarketing strategies to re-engage audiences who have interacted with our brands, driving them further along the conversion funnel.
  • Utilize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other remarketing platforms to craft dynamic ad campaigns tailored to the behaviour and interests of our target audiences.

• Social Media Management:
  • Oversee social media strategy and execution for multiple brands, focusing on platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Develop and schedule engaging content to boost brand awareness, grow follower bases, and drive community engagement.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually compelling and on-brand posts, stories, and advertisements.
  • Track social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversion.

• Cross-Brand Marketing:
  • Coordinate and align marketing strategies across different brands within the group to maintain consistency and leverage cross promotional opportunities.
  • Ensure all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines while addressing the unique needs of each target audience.
  • Media campaigns, using insights to inform future strategies.
  • Present detailed performance reports and actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Liaise with external partners and agencies when necessary to maximize campaign effectiveness.

• Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Analyse and report on the performance of email, remarketing, and social media campaigns, using insights to inform future strategies.
  • Present detailed performance reports and actionable recommendations to senior management.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the content, design, product, and sales teams to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Liaise with external partners and agencies when necessary to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on email marketing, remarketing, and social media.
• Experience in the financial services industry or a related sector, ideally working with content creators, freelancers, or temporary workers.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including email automation software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and various social media management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging and relevant content for diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills
• Experience working across multiple brands or within a group structure.
• Knowledge of financial products or services for freelancers and gig workers.
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
