Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding the company's products and services and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through friendly and professional support.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve customer experience.
  • Stay current with product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and maintain quality in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with customer service software is preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required
