Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients through various channels like phone, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to deliver accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions to help identify and implement improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to enhance the customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and improve service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (both spoken and written) with exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A friendly, professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
