We need an English-fluent Mobile UX Researcher, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

Design and conduct user research studies using various methodologies (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing, field studies).
Plan and execute A/B tests in collaboration with product and development teams.
Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights.
Collaborate with the BIA team to integrate user research findings with analytics data.
Conduct market research to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscapes.
Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, compelling ways.
Develop and maintain research protocols, templates, and best practices.
Contribute to the product development process by providing user-centric insights.
Stay updated on UX research trends and emerging methodologies.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in UX research, preferably with a focus on mobile products.
Strong understanding of various research methodologies and when to apply them.
Experience in designing and conducting A/B tests.
Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
Familiarity with analytics tools and data visualization techniques.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable way.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience working in agile development environments.
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or related field environments.

It's a plus:

Experience with mobile app analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel).
Knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design.
Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) for creating research stimuli.
Experience conducting research for diverse product types beyond mobile.
Understanding of accessibility considerations in user research.
Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, SPSS).

Compensation:

The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,000 - $3,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
This position includes a 3-month trial period, with the possibility of extension to a long-term.
This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
