⭐ About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join the Lodgify team — fully remote!

As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary focus will be helping customers navigate and succeed with Lodgify’s software. You’ll become a product expert and guide customers in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses. Your day-to-day will involve promptly responding to support requests, troubleshooting issues, and offering advice to help customers get the most out of Lodgify.

  • Provide top-tier support via phone, email, or chat.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and solve general technical issues related to the Lodgify platform.
  • Report customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and follow up as needed.
  • Identify and document any software bugs or issues for continuous improvement.

  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues.

  • A positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Experience with CRM and customer support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus!
