Job description

Zipdev is looking for a visionary Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s growth and drive innovative strategies in the remote staffing industry. Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and autonomously while maintaining transparent communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager, Coordinator, or similar role, demonstrating hands-on experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and other marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Management System (CMS) software, preferably with experience using HubSpot.
  • Must be comfortable with both strategy and execution, particularly in building and scaling marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools, with expertise in research methods using data analytics software.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns, including keyword research, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite, web analytics, and Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.
  • Experience working in the staffing industry is a plus, but not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility, generate leads, and drive revenue growth in alignment with company goals.
  • Focus on building and optimizing HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM needs.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture that encourages innovation and excellence.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Direct involvement in awareness activities such as content creation, social media management, advertising, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with third-party agencies to oversee, approve, and deploy successful marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, pay-per-click campaigns, social media, lead generation campaigns, and copywriting, to optimize marketing performance.
  • Manage and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to the executive team, providing insights on marketing performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and campaign metrics to refine email and advertising strategies, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Identify and analyze competitors, leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
