Job Description Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for proactive outbound prospecting and nurturing companies that are ideal clients and the acquisition of new clients to support the achievement sales and revenue goals.
Sales Executives are driven and competitive individuals who focus on generating and closing new business opportunities with mid-market and large property management companies operating in the Residential Multifamily Industry. We are looking for hardworking people to discover and pique the interest of businesses we sell to and who will benefit from our product. Successful candidates must have a strong, self-motivated work ethic and the drive to not only meet but exceed sales targets.
What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
- Responsible for the achievement of individual monthly and annual sales quota
- Sell and maintain current relationships within the Tri-state market
- Engage with prospective clients, owning the deal process from beginning to end, including
- sourcing new deals, presenting our technology, participating in contract negotiations, maintaining
- accounts, and further developing client relationships
- Develop strong relationships with residential, commercial and institutional real estate owners,
- managers, developers, lenders and vendors
- Identify sales opportunities and avenues for strategic company growth
- Build a strong sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities through prospecting,
- targeted research, networking and effective calling of warm and cold leads
- Collaborate with our marketing team to generate and execute effective campaigns to drive new leads
Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales
- Proven track record of sales achievement
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making

- Ability to travel is required
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical discipline or equivalent experience in related field (Preferred)
