Smartsheet is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our SVP of Corporate Development, Strategy & Pricing in our Bellevue office. You will report to our SVP of Corporate Development, Strategy & Pricing located in our Bellevue office. This role is Hybrid-eligible.

You Will:

  • Manage communications and calendaring on behalf of the SVP of Corporate Development, Strategy & Pricing, and some of her direct reports
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the  SVP of Corporate Development, Strategy & Pricing helping her support her team and organization
  • Liaison with company leaders, members of the board of directors, customers, partners and other teams on behalf of the SVP of Corporate Development, Strategy & Pricing
  • Plan and Coordinate out internal and external events and meetings for the Team
  • Define, build, and own multiple work processes owned by the Corporate Development, Strategy & Pricing team
  • Build and maintain supportive relationships with executives, executive assistants, the teams you support, and partner teams 
  • Manage expense reports, corporate credit cards. Arrange travel plans and itineraries as needed
  • Support other duties as needed

You Have:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Passionate about using your skills and experience to improve team culture and effectiveness
  • Proficiency with Google Mail, Calendar, Drive, Docs and Slides or PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and follow through
  • Demonstrated the ability to work with individuals inside and outside Smartsheet consistent with our values and commitment to service
  • Manage highly sensitive or confidential situations with integrity and professionalism
  • Strong written English language skills
  • An ability to handle shifting priorities, frequent changes, and show grace under pressure

Smartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity and some roles may be eligible for a RSU stock grant upon accepted offer. 

US Pay Range
$72,500$98,750 USD
