Job description

As Project Admin Assistant you are expected to assist in various administrative activities that will help the Project Manager and project team members focus on their tasks. You must possess strong communication skills required to interact with people in different job functions in the company.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in project coordination and tracking of tasks including follow-up with other stakeholders to provide requests on time on a regular basis
  • Compile artefacts/ data / statistic / documents / information in an organized manner as required (e.g. generate report, summary, compilation)
  • Help in the revisions needed in the document templates
  • Help in the on-boarding of new team members
  • Render general administrative support
  • Work with Quality team to ensure that testing artefacts or requirements (e.g. environment, devices, documents, reports, stats, reference, etc.) are completed and made available on a timely basis
  • Monitor issues and help ensure that Quality teams investigation and resolution are provided and tracked to closure
  • Assist the Quality team in executing basic application testing
  • Assist the Translation team in encoding translated strings

Qualifications

  • A Bachelors degree holder in an IT related course is preferable
  • Flexible, willing to work on various administrative tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and multi task in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Fast learner, analytical, methodical and well-organized
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Experienced in the use of mobile devices, and can easily be trained on the use of mobile applications

*Contract for 6 months with opportunity for regular employment.
