Position Overview

As the Accounting Manager, you will be accountable for driving measurable results in accounting operations, ERP implementation, and process optimization at Frontline Managed Services. This role emphasizes performance outcomes by leading the transformation of accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and enhancing operational efficiency through process automation.


You will be instrumental in delivering high-impact initiatives such as the successful rollout of a new ERP system, building an in-house accounting team, and improving accounting practices that align with business objectives.

Key Performance Responsibilities:

  • ERP Implementation Success: Help lead the end-to-end ERP system rollout, including requirements gathering, vendor selection, configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring on-time delivery and minimal operational disruption.
  • Process Optimization & Automation: Proactively identify inefficiencies in accounting workflows, design and implement improved processes, and automate where possible to enhance efficiency.
  • Team Development & Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing accounting team, ensuring accountability and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Accurate Financial Reporting: Oversee the delivery of timely and accurate quarterly financial statements and monthly management reports. Ensure compliance with internal policies and US GAAP, achieving error-free reporting.
  • Audit & Compliance Management: Ensure smooth execution of the annual financial audit and maintain 100% compliance with global tax regulations and jurisdictional requirements by working closely with external advisors.
  • Project Leadership: Lead or contribute to other high-value projects that support strategic financial objectives, ensuring each project meets its goals and delivers tangible business results.

Performance Criteria:

  • Successful ERP implementation within defined timelines and budget
  • Measurable improvement in process efficiency and financial reporting accuracy
  • Achievement of compliance with regulatory and audit requirements
  • Team performance based on clear KPIs for accuracy, efficiency, and development
Requirements
  • Educational Background: BS/BA degree in Accounting or related area with proven academic performance
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience, including managing the close process, financial reporting, process improvements. Exposure to ERP implementation preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Thorough understanding of GAAP and proficiency in financial reporting; advanced MS Excel skills required
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to design innovative solutions for complex financial processes and drive operational efficiency
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with various reporting tools (Business Objects, PowerBI, SQL, Alteryx) preferred
  • Adaptability & Curiosity: A demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and methodologies, with a passion for driving change and improvement
