Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle early-stage collections calls (less than 120 days past due) in a dynamic auto-dialer environment, both inbound and outbound.
  • Address various mortgage collections inquiries, including processing payments, establishing repayment plans, and negotiating solutions for delinquencies.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, emphasizing a commitment to first-call resolution.
  • Monitor delinquent accounts and initiate collection actions, engaging with account holders and co-signers as necessary.
  • Maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment, adhering to quality and productivity metrics.
  • Promote our products and services while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve individual, team, and departmental service level agreements and client satisfaction goals.
  • Perform other assigned duties and projects as required.
  • Uphold compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, demonstrating ethical judgment in every business practice.
