Remote Processor Mortgage Loan

Job Overview

Pathfinders, Inc. is seeking a meticulous and organized Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team remotely. This position is ideal for professionals who excel in detail-oriented environments and are looking to advance their careers in the mortgage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Process loan applications in accordance with mortgage lending and investor guidelines.
• Analyze loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and evaluate appropriate loan products.
• Review titles and recommend loan restructuring or denial as necessary.
• Order and manage essential loan documents, including title, survey, and appraisal.
• Prepare loans for initial closing disclosure issuance.
• Submit loans to underwriting upon receipt of appraisals, titles, and credit reports.
• Process approved loans and coordinate their closing.
• Maintain comprehensive loan data, including applications, approvals, cancellations, and denials.
• Manage a loan inventory of 40 with a target of 20 closings per month.
• Utilize the Appointment Model and offer feedback to Loan Credit Advisors regarding loan quality.
• Provide training to new team members on all products available.
