Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our Retail Marketing functions. In this role, you will be responsible for providing training, reviewing and approving advertising materials, supporting Salesforce CRM, and managing regional social media marketing for all branches in your assigned region(s). Your focus will be on increasing market share and encouraging system adoption.

Essential Functions

  • Conduct training sessions on the features and benefits of our CRM and marketing communication platforms, including providing technical support.
  • Manage the setup of social media pages for Loan Officers, ensuring compliance approval.
  • Offer ongoing field support through marketing tips, training videos, and daily communication via our ticketing system.
  • Collect, analyze, and approve user feedback to enhance marketing platforms.
  • Create engaging content for regional, branch, and Loan Officer marketing, including social media posts, email newsletters, and celebration of new hires or accomplishments.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand standards, style guides, and business communication standards.
  • Collaborate on projects with graphic designers and the compliance department as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing systems, including drip campaign management and feature activation for Loan Officers.
  • Perform basic compliance reviews and approvals for marketing content.
  • Assist in coordinating regional events such as industry trade shows, sales rallies, and educational events.
  • Undertake additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of recent experience in a marketing role.
  • Experience in real estate or the mortgage industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing and social media best practices.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Proficient in data entry, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service within a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ethical and committed to upholding company values.

Supervision

  • Requires general to intermittent supervision, depending on experience.
  • Ability to apply sound judgment in executing core job responsibilities.

Travel

  • Minimal travel required (0 - 10%).

Requirements

  • Physical: Primarily a sedentary role with mobility in an office setting.
  • Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of a computer keyboard and mouse.
  • Audio/Visual: Ability to interpret sounds and visual information accurately, including words, numbers, and data on a screen or other media.

Compensation And Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from \(49,000 to \)66,000 annually, influenced by various factors such as education, experience, and geographical location.
