We are a leading global technology organization committed to revolutionizing the way individuals and businesses transfer and manage funds. Our mission is to streamline financial transactions, reduce costs, and deliver swift solutions for international money transfers, overseas spending, and cross-border payments. We invite you to join us in our quest to enhance the customer experience in financial transactions.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Presales Consultant to become part of our dynamic team in Austin. In this significant role, you will play a crucial part in securing sales opportunities by tackling the most intricate challenges faced by our partners. This position offers the chance to shape the presales function across North America, collaborating closely with our product, sales, and delivery teams to devise impactful and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present our innovative suite of products and strategic vision to executives and technical teams within banks and key enterprise partners, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to propel revenue growth, taking an integral role in the sales process from discovery and solution design to implementation kickoff.
  • Leverage your comprehensive understanding of our offerings and the payments landscape to customize solutions for partners, ensuring alignment with their unique requirements.
  • Develop sales materials, demos, proof of concepts, RFPs, and other resources to support the sales process and secure potential engagements.
  • Validate solution viability by conducting thorough testing and documenting end-to-end solutions.
  • Convey valuable customer insights to product teams, influencing roadmaps and fostering future growth opportunities.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a presales or sales engineering position focused on enterprise technology sales, ideally within the fintech or payments sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting commercial objectives through consultative and solution-oriented sales methodologies.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a proven ability to leverage our products in addressing partner challenges effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities, allowing for clear presentations of complex concepts to both technical and business audiences.
  • A solid history of collaboration with financial institutions, showcasing a deep understanding of their challenges and requirements.
  • Experience in balancing customer-centric strategies while effectively communicating needs to internal product teams.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, SWIFT, and local payment networks, particularly in a technical sales and solution design context, is an advantage.

This role will empower you to design and develop payment partnerships with leading banks and enterprises worldwide. You will also have the opportunity to help shape the vision and strategy for our presales team as we expand our global footprint.

  • Company-paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • A hybrid work model that combines remote work with in-office collaboration.
  • Flexibility to work remotely for up to 90 days a year from any location worldwide.
  • Covered relocation expenses for those making a move.
  • Generous paid time off, including 25 days of PTO, 15 sick days, 11 holidays, 5 compassionate leave days, 3 paid "Me" days, and a paid volunteer day annually.
