Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Functional Consultant specializing in IT Asset Management (ITAM) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing and executing innovative solutions that enhance our ServiceNow capabilities, particularly in maintaining a comprehensive CMDB to support vital ITSM functions.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement ITAM solutions that align with industry best practices.
Develop and sustain a ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring optimal data integrity while supporting essential ITSM processes.
Design and facilitate integrations between the ServiceNow CMDB, asset management tools, vulnerability scanners, and discovery solutions.
Exhibit hands-on proficiency in implementing CMDB, CSDM, SAM, and Service Catalogs within the ServiceNow environment.
Optimize CI data updates through automated processes, discovery tools, and external data source integrations.
Lead the strategic planning, design, and deployment of ServiceNow Discovery solutions.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of data modeling techniques and integration with ServiceNow CMDB.
Showcase a proven history of successful ServiceNow implementations.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
8+ years of experience in the IT sector.
Strong comprehension of ServiceNow best practices and recent features.

Qualifications

Certified System Administrator.
CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery, CIS-HAM certifications.
ITIL4 Foundations certification is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
