Overview
This position will support the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM applications and plays a vital role in ensuring that Oracle HCM Cloud solutions are tailored to meet business needs, function correctly, and documented correctly.
Key Responsibilities: As a HCM Consultant for Core HR, your primary focus is on implementing, configuring, testing, documenting and optimizing the Core HR modules within Oracle HCM Cloud.
This includes:
•Collaborate with leads and clients to understand the project implementation needs, processes, and challenges (specifically in recruiting and onboarding area)
•Maintain regular communication with onshore teams and clients to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives.
•Create and maintain Questionnaires, requirements documents, Business process documents, mapping templates, configuration workbooks, RIAD log items, status reports etc.
•Configure Oracle HCM Cloud system (Core HR) to meet client specifications and business processes.
•Develop test plans, test scripts, identify and setup the users participating in testing, execute testing, and document results to ensure the system functions as expected.
•Identify defects, troubleshoot and work with relevant teams to resolve issues before releasing it for lead/client validation.
•Recommend improvements based on user feedback and best practices.
•Recommend and support in process improvements at HCM COE level (Example: Improvising the test plans, scripts etc.)
•Assist in data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity during the transition from legacy systems.
•Support in Pre and post conversion data validations.
•Work with the tech team, client, leads to fix the data conversion issues.
•Work with technical teams to ensure smooth integration between the HR module and other HCM/ERP modules.
•Ensure timely delivery of tasks allocated within the deadlines with great quality
•Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve system functionalities.
•Keep up to date with the latest HCM trends, Oracle HCM technologies, and updates from the Oracle.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams.
•Ability to support multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
•Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Payroll, tech team, ERP etc.
•May require occasional travel for client meetings or project kick-offs, depending on the organization.
•Willingness to learn and work on new modules like Helpdesk, health and Safety, Talent, learn, compensation etc. if required.
•Provide ongoing support to client’s post-implementation, addressing any system issues or user queries.
•Ability to meet all the HS compliance requirements (mandatory)
Experience (must have):
•Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR module and related HR processes.
•Strong Knowledge on Journeys
•Strong knowledge on HR Specialist, HR Analyst, HR Manager, Line Manager and Employee role capabilities from HR module perspective.
•Strong knowledge on seeded reports associated with HR module
•Strong knowledge on Approvals and personalization's
•Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
•Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
•Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
•At least 2+ Years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Implementation.
•Supported in Minimum 1-2 successful implementations in Core HR module.
