Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the establishment and definition of processes supporting our operational excellence initiative, tracking and governing improvements in product delivery within Client Services.
• Assess business needs and process requirements to pinpoint opportunities for enhanced operational efficiency and potential automation.
• Evaluate and measure existing processes, identifying root causes of variations and performance challenges through comprehensive analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure endorsements from key stakeholders for necessary system and process changes, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
• Leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies to achieve strategic business objectives and facilitate impactful transformations.
• Develop control plans to oversee business performance post-implementation and utilize statistical process controls for monitoring process behavior.
• Prepare detailed business requirements documentation outlining project scope and objectives while providing technical and analytical support for diverse process strategies.
  
  

Required Skills

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification.
• Proficiency in Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN2).
• Expertise in value stream mapping, root cause analysis, change management, and project management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of payment networks, processing services, banking, or money movement.
• Proven ability to manage and influence change within a matrix organization.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex concepts and drive business decisions.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  
  

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or a minimum of 5 years of experience with an advanced degree (e.g., Master's, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years of experience with a PhD.
