Job description

Job Overview

We are looking for a driven and seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead global engagement and collaboration with our key strategic partners, specifically Accenture and Mandiant. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to fostering strong, productive relationships across various organizational levels, while driving marketing and sales initiatives that unlock exciting business opportunities for all involved parties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee strategic partnerships with Global System Integrators (GSI) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP), with a concentration on Accenture and Mandiant.
  • Develop and sustain robust relationships at all levels within these partnerships.
  • Identify and promote joint sales initiatives, working closely with partner sales teams and internal stakeholders to create a strong pipeline and enhance revenue generation.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive joint business strategy that includes executive engagement, business development, enablement, onboarding, certification, marketing, and solution innovation.
  • Clearly communicate and advocate for our value proposition to empower partners in establishing a profitable business model.
  • Manage all facets of partnership relationships, encompassing executive engagement, sales, product development, marketing, and service delivery.
  • Partner with marketing teams to craft and implement joint demand generation campaigns.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with senior management to evaluate the health of the partnerships.
  • Create and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to monitor activities and outcomes.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies with prominent GSIs and MSSPs, especially with Accenture.
  • Over 10 years of experience in alliance management or enterprise sales, focusing on strategic account management.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • A strategic mindset paired with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach, as well as strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • A constructive, hands-on attitude with readiness to tackle challenges.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
