Luna is seeking a Partner Account Manager with Healthcare Sales experience to join our growing Business Development team!

As a Partner Account Manager with Luna your role will be to  to drive partnership growth primarily in Bay area. You'll forecast and track goals, collaborate with Luna Partner Success, and build strong relationships with physicians and case managers. Your role includes resolving issues, conducting business reviews, prioritizing physician referrals, and promoting Luna's services. Create regional programs, analyze data, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Attendance at conferences and meeting productivity goals are also essential. How you will have an Impact
  • Drive partnership growth within the assigned regions, primarily Dallas with some travel to OK City.
  • Forecast and track monthly and quarterly goals to ensure effective performance management.
  • Collaborate with Luna Partner Success to launch new partnerships and execute partner implementation activities.
  • Build strong relationships with physicians, case managers, and staff to support partnership launches and growth.
  • Ensure partner satisfaction by closely working with account champions, leadership teams, and partner staff.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with executives, clinical service line leaders, and key physicians.
  • Work closely with our PRM partner to prioritize and follow up on physician referrals.
  • Encourage physicians and their teams to refer patients to Luna by providing excellent customer service and building trust in Luna's model.
  • Develop and implement regional programs to achieve partner objectives.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual and in-person briefings with physician teams.
  • Analyze regional data to identify opportunities for increasing patient volume and innovate new processes accordingly.
  • Maintain comprehensive CRM data to stay organized and informed of working relationships and follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate effectively with Luna employees, specifically internal key stakeholders, and contribute positively to the Luna team.
  • Attend regional conferences as needed to stay up-to-date with industry trends and build professional networks.
  • Meet or exceed monthly productivity and results-based goals.

  • What you can offer Luna
  • 5-10+ years of healthcare sales/account management experience, including sales, project management, strategic planning, and implementation of broad initiatives or experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned region (approximately 70% of the time).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in referral service business development (3 years required).
  • Proficiency in using G Suite and CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, competitive, and able to manage a high-growth territory.
  • Previous experience in physical therapy business development (preferred).
