Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring exceptional execution from intake meetings through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Provide an extraordinary candidate experience that reflects Medtronic’s commitment to excellence and our inclusive culture.
  • Build and nurture a proactive pipeline of diverse talent that reflects our mission and prepares us for future talent needs.
  • Ensure that every touchpoint in the recruitment process is designed to enhance the candidate journey, with personalized communications, timely feedback, and authentic interactions that reflect the Medtronic Mindset.


Strategic Partnership:

  • Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to deeply understand the needs of their teams and identify ideal candidates who share our growth mindset and passion for excellence.
  • Use data-driven insights and market intelligence to shape recruitment strategies and ensure alignment with Medtronic's ambitious goals.
  • Drive results and accountability by reporting key recruitment metrics and continuously optimizing processes to deliver superior outcomes.

Compliance & Excellence:

  • Manage candidate records and documentation rigorously through Workday and other systems, ensuring flawless execution at every step.


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience (or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience).


Nice to Have:

  • Proven ability to manage full lifecycle recruiting with precision and excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of employment-related regulations (EEO, AAP, OFCCP) and experience ensuring compliance in recruitment practices.
  • A passion for continuous improvement, leveraging data and insights to drive results.
  • Experience using Workday or similar ATS platforms.
  • HR/TA certifications are a plus.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$112,000.00 - $168,000.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
