Job description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Omni Channel Solutions, supporting our client, is a strategic professional dedicated to enhancing the client's talent acquisition efforts and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. With a robust background in BPO hiring and high-volume recruitment, particularly for US-based roles, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the client's talent acquisition strategies and driving organizational growth by securing top talent. This involves developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition plans, leveraging industry insights to optimize candidate sourcing, and implementing innovative strategies to attract and retain high-caliber professionals.

You excel in communication, conducting thorough candidate assessments through structured interviews and assessments, and overseeing the end-to end talent acquisition lifecycle, from initial outreach to final onboarding. Your ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment ensures the talent acquisition processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with the clients strategic goals.

DAILY TASKS

  • Develop and implement competitive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the client's organizational objectives, ensuring timely execution even during fast-paced projects, deadlines, and last minute demands.
  • Effectively manage high-volume recruitment to meet quotas within specified timelines, including activities such as making 40-50 phone calls, sending 50-100 text messages, emails, etc., to engage with both current and passive candidates.
  • Refine talent acquisition processes for efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring consistent messaging and updates to applicants to deliver an excellent candidate experience reflecting the client's brand and core values.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural alignment while focusing on identifying quality candidates and selling the client as a career opportunity rather than just a job.
  • Recruit highly effective individuals from all walks of life for various roles across the retail sector, spanning from sales and assembly to merchandising within their local area.
  • Provide outstanding sales and customer service throughout the entire talent acquisition process.
  • Craft detailed job descriptions, post job ads on various channels to attract qualified candidates, and coordinate with clients to establish selection criteria aligned with organizational goals for future hires.
  • Manage the entire talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders while utilizing recruitment software for efficiency.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including contract and offer letters, selection reports, and maintain a comprehensive candidate database while fostering relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
