Essential Functions

  • Ensures compliance with Workplace Poster requirements.

  • Facilitate development and delivery of training programs in the areas of affirmative action, equal employment, and non-discrimination policies and requirements.

  • Leads day to day external vendor partner management and interaction.

  • Manages the EEO-1, Affirmation Action, CA Pay Data, and Vets-4212 reporting processes, which includes retrieving, analyzing, and submitting the reports; training on the self-ID process and maintaining the records and reviewing diversity metrics compared to Affirmative Action Plan goals with Human Resources personnel.

  • Monitor anticipated regulatory agency changes having an impact to employment practices and partner with stakeholders to identify and influence best practices.

  • Plays a critical role in supporting any internal or external audit activity.

  • Provide guidance and direction to stakeholders regarding regulatory compliance, recruiting strategies, outreach ideas/sources, progress toward AAP placement goals. As well as recommend and/or develop new standards and processes and solutions.

  • Research and analyze data on AA/EEO compliance initiatives and outcomes.

  • Serve as the primary subject-matter expert for compliant talent acquisition practices.

  • Supports certain Request for Proposals for the commercial teams by providing answers to HR related questions.

  • Supports internal teams responding to ESG survey requests as needed.

  • Works with highly confidential information and needs to ensure data privacy considerations are managed in performance of the role.

  • Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

Education/Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in HR/EEO/AA regulatory compliance in a large multiple site organization

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related discipline

  • Track record of successfully guiding organizations through OFCCP compliance audits

  • Experience developing and facilitating training sessions to stakeholders on AAP compliance, inclusive recruitment strategies, data-driven talent acquisition.

Skills and Abilities

  • Well-developed business, administrative and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge and experience of Human Resource policies and employment law.

  • Excellent organization, time management and decision-making skills.

  • Proven interpersonal management skills and the ability to identify and solve problems in a positive, participative, and pro-active way.

  • Expert ability to effectively use excel and programs focused on data analysis.

  • General understanding of Human Resource functions and activities as well as experience managing employee data using Workday.

  • Proven experience handling detailed work with multiple tasks and the ability to set priorities in an independent, professional, and confidential manner.

A starting compensation range for this role is $68,550.00 - $85,725.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
