Description

Summary: Day Wireless Systems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in cultivating and expanding relationships with established Strategic Business Accounts. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in client relationship management and sales.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within established Strategic Business Accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify their evolving needs and opportunities for additional collaboration.
Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify potential gaps, issues, solutions, and cross-sell opportunities within existing Strategic Business Accounts.
  • Develop tailored solutions and proposals to address client needs and objectives.
  • Present solution ideas effectively to key decision-makers, demonstrating value and ROI.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with internal departments, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic account plans aligned with account and client objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments relevant to assigned accounts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Account Growth and Retention:
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives for assigned Strategic Business Accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and existing account expansion.
  • Monitor account health and satisfaction levels, taking proactive measures to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and B2B sales, ideally in a strategic account management role.
  • Demonstrated success in selling solutions to established accounts and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of client needs, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective account plans.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
