Job Title: Insights Analyst
Compensation Range: $85-95K base + Bonus (Depending on Experience)

This role is remote anywhere in the US.

Position Overview
Analysts are critical independent contributors on the Insights Delivery team, and you should expect to be an immediate contributor on strategic projects. You will work across multiple project work streams, conducting analysis across a number of clients and verticals. You will establish trust-based relationships, serve senior executives with critical insights, and identify business development opportunities to expand Quid Products and Services into clients’ strategic processes. 

Role Objectives
  • Perform analyses on Insights Delivery projects using some of Quid’s most advanced Natural Language Processing methodologies to provide actionable insights for Enterprise customers
  • Deliver analysis to customers, answer questions, and facilitate dialogue to ensure insights delivered are valuable to customers.
  • Work with highly technical customer teams to ensure the process and data transmission is understood and drives business value
  • Leverage Quid’s latest capabilities and methodologies (and test new ones) to add critical insights to senior client executives.
  • Build and maintain a trusted relationship with key clients, communicate effectively, and work towards solutions.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to test new approaches with unstructured data and leverage these advanced tools to transform data.
  • Identify and foster new ways for clients to leverage Quid to solve strategic questions.
  • Advocate client needs/issues to the product and engineering team to build an exceptional product
  • Opportunity to work full-time remotely within US time zone
  • 5% potential travel to customer site

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, data analytics, strategic consulting or similarly analytical roles
  • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Data Analysis, MIS, Data Science, or a related technical field
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience writing SQL queries (PostgreSQL preferred) and working with JSON, with the ability to query and troubleshoot raw data directly from the database in environments where dashboards are not in use.
  • Familiarity with working with APIs, particularly common structures like REST and SOAP, to integrate and retrieve data from various platforms and streamline data workflows
     
  • Successful team members show initiative, drive, passion for learning, and a curious mind
  • Familiarity with text analytics and social listening tools
  • Basic exposure to Large Language Model (LLM) architectures, with an understanding of foundational concepts such as transformer models, tokenization, embeddings.
  • Experience troubleshooting large unstructured datasets, including data cleaning and preparing data for analysis, with a preference for candidates who have worked with data science teams or retail sector data.
  • Proven ability to manage technical stakeholder teams against a defined project plan and timeline,
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • The power to take initiative, communicate across teams, and solve problems creatively, both in teams and individually
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Valid U.S. work authorization is required
