Position Overview: Retail Support Analyst**
Our European Retail team is seeking a Retail Support Analyst who will actively support the team in building relationships with our Beauty, Toys and Sports retailer. This position will be a point of contact for retailers on specific topics and additional support on key tasks for the Retail team. **
Overall responsibilities:**
- You have a strong desire to gain and develop your experience in servicing retailers: You support the team in preparing retailers’ market review overviews and data requests, always providing value-adding analysis resulting in constant retailer’s satisfaction increase.
- You also provide technical support to retailer’s accessing NPDs data mining tool and reports library. You deliver DecisionKey® trainings to participant retailers with the goal of improving DecisionKey® usage metrics.
- You develop a strong market expertise and manage the tracking of store’s universe file and activities (online and store promotions, openings, closures…).
- Effectively liaise with other Retail Service team members, Operations, Commercial, Product, Research Sciences, and other support groups.
- Provide a level of consistency across the multi-industry Retail team tasks that could improve our processes and team efficiencies
Qualifications:
- With an education background in Business and Marketing, you have interest in Market Research.
- You are able to analyse quantitative research and provide customer-oriented insights.
- Naturally rigorous and organized, you are able to handle multiple projects autonomously in a timely manner.
- With strong communication, you have the ability to partner with internal teams, monitor workflow, assure follow-through and you have the capacity to use your initiative for proposing new ideas.
- Strong capabilities to work daily in English and at least one of the following languages Spanish/ German/ Italian/French (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-look up and basic calculations).
