The Concur Business Systems Analyst role will be a member of the Spend & Finance Systems group under the Enterprise Technology team.  The primary responsibilities of the BSA will be to support the intricacies involved with supporting the user-base of Concur’s Travel & Expense Platform. The individual will work closely with business partners in Accounts Payable team in gathering requirements, designing, maintaining and deploying solutions. A strong technical understanding of the Travel & Expense (T&E) process is required to be successful in this role. 

As a Concur Business Systems Analyst you will:

  • Work with business partners in Accounts Payable to document requirements, develop and design solutions within Concur

  • Maintain a good change management process for SOX purposes

  • Maintain clear and detailed documentation on enhancements, customizations including workflows, integrations and reports in a functional requirements document

  • Periodically check on integration emails to analyze failures and resolve issues

  • Partner with other BSAs / Developers to perform regression testing for major releases

  • Coordinate UAT with business partners to test deployments prior to releases

  • Participate in Sprint planning and daily stand up meetings

  • Support a user-base of 2800+ employees for Concur

  • Triage, analyze, respond, resolve and close out JIRA tickets in a timely manner

  • Develop complex reports with multiple table joins and dashboards per business needs

  • Proactive approach to monitor communication channels and JIRAs, to reach out and follow up as needed

  • Familiar with Credit card programs and statements

  • Hands on experience with Concur’s workflow, reporting and audit rule creations

  • Experience working with Travel Management Companies

We're excited about you if you have:

  • Must have 3-5 years strong experience working with Concur or an equivalent Travel & Expense platform

  • Sprint / Agile development experience highly preferred

  • Familiarity with using JIRA or similar ticketing systems

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Information Systems or related experience

  • Experience in Excel or Google Sheets, including Pivot tables and lookups

You may also have:

  • Cognos/SQL relational database reporting experience 

  • Experience working in a private company with public company standards (SOX-compliant)

  • Familiarity with integration diagramming tools like Miro or Visio

  • General accounting concepts or Accounts Payable experience 

  • Experience with IT Application repositories such as Zylo

  • Netsuite ERP experience

  • Strong verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and running meetings

  • Experience in areas of Electronic Payments including ACH, Wire, Checks, Corporate credit card handling 

  • Credit card statement imports including MCC codes

  • Procure-to-Pay experience a plus
