BLN24 is looking for an experienced Deputy Project Manager with strong background in communications, marketing and leading cross-functional teams to join our team. 

About the Role:

The Deputy Project Manager will assist the Senior Project Manager in overseeing project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. The Deputy Project Manager will play a crucial role in facilitating collaboration among stakeholders, managing resources, and maintaining high standards for project deliverables.

Required Skills/Abilities & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience with social media marketing and digital communications.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in marketing and strategic communications.
  • Working knowledge and experience within federal clients.
  • Proven record of building rapport, strong working relationships and strategic growth activities within existing clients.
  • Proven experience project management, specifically in communications and marketing.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes.
  • A professional certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
