We are looking for an ambitious and tenacious Field Sales Executive to cover the region of South West England, South Wales and parts of the West Midlands (HR and WR postcodes). The ideal candidate will live within the South West England or South East Wales area. 

You should be a self-starter, who is comfortable to proactively initiate activities to reach the brand and commercial goals. Challenge motivates you and you are always determined to solve any problem that comes your way. You are also very happy to get involved and “hands on” whenever required, given we like an entrepreneurial “get sh*t done” approach…

Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, this role is field based and consists of visiting Convenience stores and Grocery stores in the set geographical area, to promote and represent our brands to Store Owners and Managers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Embody our brand values and vision professionally at all times, while visiting Convenience and Grocery stores in your area.
  • Build Key Relationships: Develop strategic connections with retail decision-makers to support business success.
  • Pursue Excellence: Focus on execution, distribution, and availability to enhance consumer experiences.
  • Support retail owners and grow our presence across the Convenience channel
  • Promote our product range, including new launches, to boost sales and distribution across the Convenience channel.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate on plans that align with commercial and brand goals.
  • Open New Opportunities: Identify and convert new distribution channels into brand advocates.
  • Use data insights to inform of wholesale listings and promotional activities, ensuring optimal product displays and availability.
  • Offer insights from the field to refine strategies and meet market demands.

Experience in working in a high paced sales environment is required, as well as a full UK driving licence.
