Job Description

SharePoint BA with strong requirements analysis, communication, and collaboration skills to support our client's European plants by centralizing important documents, policies, and resources through SharePoint solutions.

  • Establish and manage a SharePoint environment for European locations to centralize documents, policies, and resources.
  • Work with European stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical SharePoint requirements.
  • Design, configure, and maintain custom web parts, document libraries, lists, and site collections to meet business and security needs.
  • Lead the implementation of SharePoint solutions, particularly for HR, ensuring functionality, capacity, and security.
  • Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet departmental needs.
  • Train and support end users across European plants in using SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
  • Provide troubleshooting and ongoing support for SharePoint-related issues.
  • Work with the IT team to resolve SharePoint framework issues and ensure security best practices are followed.
  • Lead change management, promoting modern document storage practices and empowering stakeholders as future experts.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in SharePoint Online design.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint security best practices, including sensitivity labels.
  • Ability to act as a change agent, facilitating the shift to a modern document management environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in supporting and resolving SharePoint-related issues.
  • Ability to train and guide partners to become subject matter experts.

Additional Information
  • Familiarity with business processes in a manufacturing or plant-based environment.
  • Experience working with international teams and managing requirements across diverse regions.
