Twój zakres obowiązków:

  • Przeprowadzanie selekcji i rekrutacji kandydatów dla Otis w Niemczech,
  • Definiowanie profilu kandydatów oraz ustalanie odpowiedniej strategii rekrutacji,
  • Pozyskiwanie aktywnych i pasywnych kandydatów poprzez różne kanały, tj. portale ogłoszeniowe, wyszukiwanie bezpośrednie, współpracę ze szkołami i inne kreatywne pomysły,
  • Przeprowadzanie rozmów rekrutacyjnych – telefonicznie oraz przez Teams,
  • Praca w systemie Workday oraz raportowanie odpowiednich wskaźników,
  • Budowanie pozytywnego doświadczenia kandydata oraz współpracy z managerami.

Nasze wymagania:

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość jęz. niemieckiego (poziom C1) oraz angielskiego (poziom B2),
  • Mile widziane pierwsze doświadczenie w prowadzeniu rekrutacji, ale najważniejsza jest chęć rozwoju w tym obszarze,
  • Wyższe wykształcenie lub w trakcie ostatnich lat studiów,
  • Mile widziana znajomość systemów ATS (najmilej Workday),
  • Rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne i chęć pracy z różnymi grupami docelowymi,
  • Talent organizacyjny, kreatywność i niezależny sposób pracy.
