Job Description

We are seeking to hire a full-time Admin Coordinator in our Atlanta Office.

Events:

  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate events (meetings, conferences, workshops, company functions).
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for effective event logistics management.
  • Develop event timelines, checklists, and schedules for smooth event operations.
  • Oversee on-site event setup, registration, and tear-down activities.
  • Manage attendee communications, including invitations, RSVPs, and follow-up correspondence.

Operations:

  • Support daily operational activities to ensure efficient office and event venue functioning.
  • Manage inventory of event-related materials and office supplies.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Liaise with facilities management to maintain event venues.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks related to event operations and office management.

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in event management and/or operations, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours as needed.
