  • Document customer interactions and noteworthy feedback accurately.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Slovak (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
