You have the opportunity to join our dynamic team as an FX Business Development Executive. Use your expertise in foreign exchange markets and proficiency in Farsi to drive our business growth in this high-impact role. Note: This is a remote role from Armenia, Azerbaijan or Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage potential clients via phone, email, and live chat to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
  • Promote and sell products and services by identifying client needs and offering customized solutions.
  • Assist clients with account setup, ensuring smooth completion of required KYC documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering ongoing support and reinforcing the company's brand.
  • Monitor client activities and market trends, providing insights and support as needed.
  • Resolve client issues related to accounts, funding, and withdrawals.
  • Identify and act on new business opportunities by understanding client requirements.
  • Keep the CRM system updated with client interactions and follow up with inactive clients to boost engagement.
  • Report any issues to management and collaborate with the team to find solutions.
Essential Qualifications
  • Native or fluent in Farsi (C2 level) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the FX, iGaming, financial sector, or FinTech industry.
  • Already settled in Armenia/ Azerbaijan/ Dubai with the ability to work under a Services Agreement.
  • Strong communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively convey complex ideas.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changes, and handle challenges.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Capable of meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel for business needs.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, regular office hours.
