Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint across global markets including Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and securing new clients through innovative approaches, including responding to inquiries, leveraging social media, networking, and attending industry events and exhibitions.
  • Selling all range of QIMA services according to clients' business needs: Quality Inspection, Suppliers Audits, Laboratory Testing and Certification services. 
  • Developing and managing your own portfolio of clients, focusing on companies importing or exporting consumer goods—ranging from promotional products to apparel, toys, and electronics.
  • Nurturing prospects by staying in close contact and ensuring successful deal closures.
  • Helping clients get the most out of our services by encouraging them to explore additional offerings and fully utilize tools like our online dashboard.
  • Engaging with clients through video calls, participating in company events, and joining online conferences to strengthen relationships and stay ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Be a passionate salesperson with a proven ability to hunt for new business and build a strong client portfolio.
  • Possess excellent negotiation skills, adept at reading the room, and comfortable working across diverse cultures.
  • Demonstrate high resilience, with the ability to handle rejection and overcome challenges with a positive mindset.
  • Be self-motivated and capable of managing your own schedule effectively without close supervision.
  • Have a results-oriented mindset, with a strong commitment to providing top-notch client care.
  • Be fluent in English, German and Turkish.
