This is a remote position.


Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Arden, NC Time with 1-hour unpaid lunch break (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Manila Time) 8 hours per day/40 hours per week

Job Description:

  • Client appointment setting and appointment reminder calls (includes responding to email requests for appointments from existing clients, etc.) Must answer Google Voice phone calls and not merely call people back who leave messages.
  • Minor social media maintenance, such as birthday wishes, responding to comments, liking posts, and alerting attorneys to any posted comments that may require attention. (No posting or content creation needed).
  • Client contact on active estate planning cases to gauge satisfaction, collect testimonials, request referrals, etc. and they can train on this process, and potentially sell an annual "Peace of Mind" plan to clients. Also outreach to past clients for referrals, inform about special events and webinars, and maintain contact beyond just anniversary meetings.
  • Calling and emailing existing clients around the anniversary of their plan being enacted to see if they need an Annual Review Meeting and booking that appointment.
  • If possible, also assemble a weekly e-newsletter for clients, all content will be gathered from social media the attorney is already producing, so no need for content creation is no longer necessary.
Note: Training will be provided

Requirements
  • Familiarity with Solve 360 CRM and Kajabi emailing system 
  • Candidate should have experience in appointment setting and be able to follow our processes, recorded in a special course via Kajabi
  • Has basic photo editing and basic social media management experience photo editing not required
