Join Our Team as an Executive Assistant!

Are you an organizational wizard with a knack for multitasking? We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our management team. This is your chance to join a dynamic environment where your skills and proactive approach will be highly valued.

Position: Executive Assistant
Location: Fully Remote
Hours: Part-Time- 3 days a week (9-5pm UK time)
Start Date: Available Now


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Management: Take notes during board meetings and one-on-one sessions.
  • Diary Management: Help manage the diaries for the management team.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Assist the management team with various tasks as needed.
  • Presentation Creation: Develop customer presentations and PowerPoint slides for team meetings.
  • Minute Taking: Record meeting minutes and agendas as required.
  • Induction Plans: Assist in creating induction plans for new starters.
  • Sales Reports: Update monthly sales reports.
  • Task Coordination: Set up checklists, communicate tasks, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • CRM Management: Record interactions with suppliers and customers.
  • Compliance Documentation: Work on customer compliance documents when needed.
  • Commercial Invoices: Prepare commercial invoices for export customers.
