Business Developer is responsible for sales to individual clients - shops/ point of sales. It happen that BDs has also small chains of shops in their portfolio. The main responsibility of the role is to achieve sales goals through acquiring new customers, enforcing sales standards in stores, managing the promotional budget, preparing and executing promotional campaigns, cooperation with the finance, marketing and operational departments of Sodastream.


Business Developer role includes the following responsibilities:

 

·        Sales of SodaStream Products: Responsible for selling SodaStream products to individual retail outlets and small retail chains, ensuring the company’s product reaches new points of sale.

• Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

• Pursuing new business opportunities

• Analysing the territory/market's potential, tracking sales and status reports

·        Product Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and unique features of SodaStream products to drive interest and sales.

·        Negotiating Sales Terms: Lead the negotiation process for commercial terms with clients, ensuring agreements that benefit both the company and the customers.

·        Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Collaboration with Internal Departments: Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure the best sales outcomes and seamless customer service.

·        Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth. Analysing the territory/market's potential, tracking sales and status reports

·        Drive process improvements: Providing solutions to align with pain points of various customers.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant sales experience
  • Inspiring, enthusiastic
  • Resilient and motivated. A positive “can do” approach to work
  • Results focussed
  • Ability to communicate orally with customers, management, and co-workers
  • Polish is a must
  • English is a plus.
