Summary of Position

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join the Healthcare & Home Services verticals. As a full-cycle Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients and nurturing relationships to support their specific needs, in addition to expanding business with existing clients. You will be part of the team at Nexa, which specializes in delivering comprehensive, integrated solutions for the Home Services and Medical/Healthcare sectors. Nexa offers marketing, website development, call answering, scheduling, and technical support to more than 5,000 clients throughout the United States and Canada. Our team includes over 1,000 employees across 26 states, with bilingual support available in Mexico and a cutting-edge facility in Belize.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Achieve specific sales goals within designated timeframes
  • Track progress regularly and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets
  • Participate in Sales Team Meetings Actively contribute insights and discuss challenges
  • Share achievements and best practices to drive team success
  • Establish ambitious yet attainable sales goals aligned with company objectives
  • Develop and refine strategies tailored to target markets using data and market trends
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients and target markets
  • Utilize various tools and platforms to generate high-quality leads
  • Engage clients through multiple communication channels
  • Build rapport and understand client needs to foster strong relationships
  • Craft tailored quotes and proposals based on client requirements
  • Ensure documentation is clear, professional, and aligned with branding
  • Utilize designated software to manage the sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Track interactions, monitor pipeline status, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
  • Regularly update client information and leverage the CRM for improved outreach efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred 
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on legal, healthcare, home services or software for small businesses
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the market and industry 
  • Experience with CRM databases such as Salesforce required

The total compensation range for this opportunity is $115,000 - $120,000 plus benefits. This target compensation range is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience and location.
