Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Representative. This remote role, featuring a generous 2-month hotel package in Greece, is designed for those who wish to blend career growth with an amazing cultural experience.

In this position, you'll be the main point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional service and timely support. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, chat, and email.
  • Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products to deliver accurate assistance.
  • Document customer interactions to help identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance your skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • A positive and professional attitude to help foster client relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and enjoy a two-month paid hotel stay at the start of your journey.
