Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding the company’s products and services, addressing customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly, professional service.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure quality and compliance in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in customer support is beneficial, but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset focused on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus
  • Dependable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece for the duration of the contract
