Columbus, OH (hybrid – On-site at least three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and one additional day), with remote work on Mondays and Fridays)

Overview:
The Sr. Project Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for managing large-scale, complex projects involving both business and technical teams. The role requires documenting requirements, assessing risks, resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. The Sr. Project Manager also mentors team members, provides peer training, and manages task interdependencies. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the requirements management process for large programs, including elicitation, prioritization, verification, communication, and traceability.
• Align business and technology delivery teams to achieve expected business outcomes by managing integrations and interdependencies.
• Create current and future process maps across business and technology units, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Establish collaborative partnerships with vendors, senior management stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Support delivery teams operating in waterfall, agile, or hybrid models, managing task interdependencies and maintaining project scope.
• Provide Change Management support by developing user manuals and standard operating procedures.
• Collect and analyze program data to support key metrics and deliver value management insights.
• Offer post-implementation support, including hypercare/warranty period, hindsighting, and project closure.
• Provide strategic recommendations and guidance to leaders for informed decision-making.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Sr. Project Manager working on large-scale, highly complex projects or programs involving cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to apply creative thinking and present insights visually.
• Expertise in multiple functional areas and experience managing large initiatives from start to finish.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders weekly.
• Proven ability to work individually and collaboratively, sharing decision-making responsibilities with the team.
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP or Lean Six Sigma certifications a plus.
• Experience with HR and Marketing projects is a plus.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage budget, project scope, and team communication effectively.
