Responsibilities

Provide product support and expertise to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Assist with troubleshooting issues and providing solutions promptly.
Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to guide clients effectively.
Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and product quality.
Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and support skills.

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
Proficient in English for effective communication.
Prior experience in product support or customer service is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage a variety of client inquiries.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Approachable and professional demeanor with a commitment to client satisfaction.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
