Responsibilities
  • Provide product support and expertise to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues and providing solutions promptly.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to guide clients effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and product quality.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and support skills.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in English for effective communication.
  • Prior experience in product support or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage a variety of client inquiries.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Approachable and professional demeanor with a commitment to client satisfaction.
